| this years trip to norway and me and bertel flew up to the most northern part of europe hammerfest and north cape. Espen a friend of Bertels from Grimstad had offered to put us up for a week, i can only appoligise from now on for my spelling of names. we flew up to alta from oslo and were greeted by freddie who i learned later known as mad freddie, the first night we stayed at Ole & solvi's house Espens mum and dad. we had a few beers the food was brill and the sounds of the sammys, they look after the riendeer? Espens wife was about to give birth (tove) which she did a little cracker 3kg boy? while we were there we went camping to the river Alta fly fishing for salmon. you will have to see the photo's i can only thank everyone who was involved up there what loverly people there comming over in oct and i cant wait to see them cheers boys... |

| Bibben party boat, fishing boat, love boat you will find out when you get on board. this year i was lucky to be on board when the formla 1 power boat raceing was going on. as allways Kennet & and the lovely Rita were our hoasts, helped along by Peter capt birdseye ! And kennets daughter mia and her boyfriend jan olav ,What a great day just check out some of the photo's. My deapest thanks to Kennet and Rita and the gang for a great day out fantastic brilliant cant wait for next year to go back out on the world famous Bibben.........xxx |

| Hello boys & girls ages since i wrote on thease pages. Av got to say thank-you to Andy mc cormick and his son Andrew who asked me to Andrews 18th, We stayed in Sitges it was a great w-end. Also John derbyshire and his son Sean aged 12 going on 19!that lad can spot a pair of naked boobs at half a mile just like his dad. and also Kenny am easy . not a care in the world.we stayed in a niceish hotel right on the beach. I was down every morning for my usual hour swim before breakfast. It was good to get away before the derby match less said the better.And thanks to all you red noses for the texts and phone calls which i had to pay for cheers!*%+@{^% % Anyway great times went to Barcelona on the sunday to the new camp Fanfriggintastic if you get the chance check it out. we went to watch Espanyole v Alveres without a dowt the worst game i have ever seen in my life. And believe me that Sanches is shite.see photos, thanks again lads see yiz soon Alfredo ( John put blinkers on him will ya) |

| another great time in the sun. was'nt best weather for fishing but it was good. met plenty of nice people including Dave and the gang fron St neots the Chequers inn big resturant down sath. didnt feel sorry for dan his lad when i wached the blues stuff Arsenal 6-0. well 1-0 ish A wins a win. I*vy and Chris from yorkshire (good luck Ivy). Mark scott and aiden from Dannys bar in cristianos and the most unluckiest fella on the island woody. thanks for a great time mark on the boat. see yiz all soon Alfie. |

| gary & sally we met this couple in thailand a couple of years ago an as you do keep in touch. as you say come and see us some time, they feckin did they came over bank holiday week end and stayed in the pub, i hope they enjoyed themselves we certaily enjoyed there company and now i supose i will have to go to aussie? well there's allways a down side see yiz out there next year guys!....... |

| august 05 bank holiday will go down in my book as by far the busiest bank holiday in my 15 years! my thanks from me and all my staff to everyone who came in just to have an old fashioned bevi and a natter it was great. thanks again also to kenny and rab another great jammin session loved by everyone who was there on the sunday check out the photo's... cheers lads |

| i woke up about 06.25 5 mins before alarm went off like a kid on his first day out. went down for breckie at 6.45. we met dave an uma the girls that clean up were just taking the second trolly of empty plates from there table.(god that lad can eat) anyway our bus turned up at 07.20 for our 5 mins jouney to porec harbour. then we saw our stallion of the sea for our 2 hour trip to venice across the adriatic.. on our way across we had a good old fashioned gab about everything but the conversation soon turned to food. as dave gotan assortment of sarnies out of his pockets which must have been the size of my back pack ? sarnies from egg & bacon sausage & egg cheese & ham all with pocket fluff. no thanks dave im not hungry i was i just didnt fancy your pocket fluff 10 mins later he emptyed his shirt pockets to reveal cakes and biscuts. (god that lad can eat).? i asked him if he could have anything in the world what would it be? his answer;a bigger mouth and an extra arse hole great answer by the way!anyway we arrived at venice about 10.30 after a short tour of the back streets of the city we arrived at st marks square absolutley flippin fantastic. then we had a tour of the morano glass factory which while we were there it turned into a shop as they do? then we had about 5 hours to kill so off we went for a walk before long we got split up (i think dave wanted somethink to eat)jackie an me went down a tiny alleyway and bumped into a gonderlier driver do you fancy it? go on then . off we went 1 minute into the journey jackie asked have you farted.? (how romantic)no it must be the canal. and for once it wasn't me. mind you there was a few pongs about. we were out for approx 45 mins we went past cassanovas house marco polo's house everrything was perfect. and not a cornetto in sight.everone had to be back at the harbour at 5.30 for our return journey. everyone was there with there souveniers of venice straw gonderlier drivers hats, t.shirts and other bits of crap. dave had bought two cheese and ham pitza's(no change there god that lad can eat) great day out... |

| Congratulations are in order for Orry's under11 footy team who won the league this season. And many thanks to John Lunt & John Derbyshire for asking me to sponcer the lads team shirt for this season it made me very proud to watch them playing with the white star on there shirts. well done to all the lads good luck in the following seasons from everyone at The World Famous White Star.. Also The White Star will be very happy to carry on the sponcership next season??? |
